Baby-Back Rib Surprise

As the holiday season is zooming in, home makers are again stressing out on how to make their Holiday Meal extra special without spending much. As a Christmas Countdown, I will be sharing to you meal ideas that you can serve on any Christmas gatherings.

Steak.

When we think of steak, it usually connotes to being expensive. True when you order it out, but when you make it yourself from scratch, the price of a single order of steak in restaurants can already serve a family of four. Plus, it only takes simple steps to prepare. You only need boiling plus a grilling or baking whichever you prefer.

Ingredients:

Baby Back Ribs

For marinade
Pineapple Juice
Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Water

Instruction
  1.  Put all the ingredients together and keep it inside the fridge for 30 minutes before boiling it.
  2. Bring everything to boil for an hour to give you a meltingly tender meat.
  3. Take the meat out of the marinade and grill for 5 minutes.
  4. You can coat the remaining marinade to the ribs as you grill it.
  5. Done.

Easy as A-B-C, now you have a dish to show off to reunions and parties. You can add buttered vegetables or mashed potato as side dish to make your special dish more festive.

Merry Christmas!

Sweet Tooth? I do not have that, as a matter of fact, I am not a big fan of sweets. Some people are just fund of consuming sweets.Chocolate is said to be an energy booster.Chocolate is part of a healthy, balanced diet and it makes you feel great! A substance in chocolate called theobromine triggers the release of endorphins, which are chemicals, produced by the brain, that act like a natural antidepressant and can temporarily relieve the blues.

Shrimp n Garlic Sauce

"I cook what I love to eat", that has been my motto in cooking. Cooking your favorites means giving your heart in making the dish thus giving you a more sumptuous result. Plus, knowing how to create the meal you love makes you avoid going out and spending much a dish for one-mouth.

This simple dish only needs lots of diced garlic, olive oil, SHRIMPS, salt and pepper to taste and other spices you wish to add. Saute everything and you are good to go. Pair it with rice or have it over beer.
